I’m building modular coordination tools that help groups make clearer agreements, verify what actually happened, and distribute value more fairly over time across grants, teams, and decentralized communities.
Impact
Concordia helps decentralized communities coordinate real work with less bureaucracy and more accountability, making cooperative and DAO-based systems more viable, trustworthy, and capable of competing with traditional hierarchical organizations.
Progress
This builds on real-world experiments: 2nd place at Monad Blitz, pilots at Invisible Garden Baires, coordination research with gov/acc group + Metagov, experimentation through IAldea.org and personal exploration with AI-assisted tooling.

I’ve spent years working across DAO governance, sociocracy, facilitation, and decentralized coordination, translating real coordination failures into practical governance and funding experiments grounded in lived community experience.
