About
We are building a system that helps many small eco communities in Ukraine work together better. It keeps track of their ideas, money, and projects so nothing gets lost. It helps people see what needs support and makes decisions clearer and fairer.
Impact
By improving how communities coordinate and manage funding, we make public goods more stable and visible. This helps regenerate land, support shared infrastructure, and strengthen local resilience in times of crisis.
Progress
We already run a live network of ecovillages with active projects, shared funding pools, and international partners. We test tokenized energy and regeneration tools and have launched the first prototype of our structured coordination system.
Team
I coordinate a real grassroots network operating under wartime stress, with hands on experience in funding, regeneration, and Web3 tools. Coordina emerges from years of practical coordination, not abstract design.
