About

A system that tracks which teachers helped students get jobs. When a student is placed, teachers get rewarded. Uses EAS on-chain attestations to verify impact. Built on a live talent platform with real users.

Impact

Teachers who train tech talent rarely see returns. EduTrace links outcomes to teacher pay via verifiable on-chain attestations (EAS). Sustainable, outcome-based education funding. Open protocol, reusable by any bootcamp.

Progress

We run W3I Connect (w3i.network/connect) — a live platform matching junior Web3 talent with companies. We track applications, matches, and outcomes. 500+ ecosystem participants. Adding EAS attestations for impact verification.

Team

I built the W3I ecosystem: network graph of 500+ Web3 orgs and a talent matching service with real placements. This isn't a concept — it's the next layer on a working product with users ready to pilot it.

Season totals as displayed on the platform's public accounting — not a statement of amounts paid out. V2 = Venus sales + Venus extras. The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
