About
Metta Tropical Collective is an experimental, place-based community of transformation, inquiry and practice, calling together postactivist educators, thinkers, artists, leaders and change-makers who refuse to look away from the crises of our times.
Impact
Our work focuses on three main pillars: 1. Transformative Educational Lab 2. Research & Inquiry 3. Ecosystem Integration In January 2027, we're launching a fellowship for young Brazilian leaders (18-29), and publishing our initial research/maps.
Progress
Last year, we were able to offer our first 7-day prototype retreat completely free for 20 young leaders, named "Creating Sanctuaries in a Time Between Worlds", which you can see the video documentary attached in this page.
Team
Mars, our founder, has selected, trained and accompanied thousands of Latin American young leaders over the past 10 years. Other co-founders dedicated their lives to the intersection of metacrisis, education, technology, and systems regeneration.
