About
Children from Rapa Nui and Valparaiso imagine their island and port through characters, drawings and stories. Mitos en Luz brings their creations to life, building an immersive world where two distant territories meet through children's imagination.
Impact
We want children to become creators, not just audiences. By connecting Rapa Nui and Valparaiso, their local stories and identities can meet, creating new ways for young voices to imagine, share and represent their territories.
Progress
Mitos en Luz has already brought children's drawings and stories to life through workshops and immersive experiences. The project has been recognized by Mediamorfosis and Narrar el Futuro, and presented internationally at NewImages in Paris.
Team
As a father, media artist and technologist, I lived across regions of Chile, surrounded by diverse stories, landscapes and local identities. These experiences inspired Mitos en Luz, connecting childhood, territory and technology.

Season totals as displayed on the platform's public accounting — not a statement of amounts paid out. V2 = Venus sales + Venus extras. The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
