About
DefiLabs is a game that teaches Bitcoin DeFi. Players complete fun quests to practice staking, lending, and borrowing. They earn NFT badges as rewards. It feels like playing, but they learn real money skills with zero real risk.
Impact
Millions of Africans want to try Bitcoin DeFi but fear losing money to mistakes or scams. DefiLabs gives them a safe space to practice first. This builds confident, skilled DeFi users and grows financial inclusion across Africa.
Progress
Our repo is public on GitHub and website is live. We've mapped 4 Bitcoin Layer 2 protocol integrations (StackingDAO, BitFlow, Hermetica, Zest) and designed 13 hands-on missions teaching real DeFi mechanics and we are currently onboarding new users.
Team
I'm a Nigerian developer with solid experience building Bitcoin applications in Rust and Clarity. I've shipped TruthChain on Stacks and contribute to rust-payjoin, an open-source Bitcoin project. I'm building from within the LAB ecosystem

Season totals as displayed on the platform's public accounting — not a statement of amounts paid out. V2 = Venus sales + Venus extras. The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
