About
We provide a platform for creative young adult refugees worldwide and empower them to initiate change in their communities through exhibiting their visual artwork at our Refugee Eye Gallery.
Impact
Our work is a rich chronicle of the modern refugee experience, which illuminates crucial issues in our countries of origin and the U.S., helping to imagine a sustainable future for all of us to empower and shed the light on our personal stories.
Progress
We have worked with over 30 refugee artists worldwide through nine art exhibits, each exhibit had a theme. We have hosted a film fundraiser for an artist from Syria, and artists from Gaza, as well. besides other community events and art workshops.
Team
I'm a refugee visual artist from Gaza, when I founded Refugee Eye I had a goal to share my and other refugees' experience in exile and point the challenges we face through visual storytelling, hoping it'll make it easier for the world to understand.
