About
I'm making a living & livable prototype home, exemplifying regenerative ideas in multiple ways, including being incrementally buildable from simple 'seed' structure, movable & easily reproducible, and made all of reusable or 100% organic materials.
Impact
This project is a physical proof-of-concept for radically regenerative housing that could be made at large scale with minimal impact and maximum adaptability, because it can be relocated, rebuilt, and assembled into larger buildings.
Progress
I'm building on 10 years of earlier research prototypes, and for this project have formed a collaboration with Austin's Center for Maximum Potential Building Systems (CMPBS.org). More info & updates: http://tmccormick.org/projects/regenerative-house
Team
I'm a housing advocate, designer, researcher who has for ten years built, lived in, & studied alternative housing, from self-build cottages to maker warehouse/village sites, now live nomadically between Portland & Austin in hybrid electric vehicle.

Season totals as displayed on the platform's public accounting — not a statement of amounts paid out. V2 = Venus sales + Venus extras. The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
