About
This is a 10 minute film meant to be watched in an immersive headset. Rather than a rectangular video, the experience is of being almost surrounded by the scene. Plot: You are out to see a musical variety show set across NYC.
Impact
Immersive Video is the next frontier of storytelling, promising new possibilities of empathy and connection. This project explores the genre of 1st person narrative, while utilizing the medium's strengths of exploration and curiosity.
Progress
The previous installment, "Stargazer's Cabaret: San Francisco" was a hit ahead of it's time. Now 5 years later, the New York episode will have the visual fidelity viewers are used to, with new robust options for distribution, including Pay-Per-View.
