About
A technology learning center and Ethereum hub in downtown Boulder. People learn to build together here — tools, software, cooperatives, local economies — with shared desks, tools, and weekly mentors.
Impact
Boulder has talent but no commons-owned space for builders. Techne makes Ethereum infrastructure, civic tech, and cooperative economics skills you can practice, not just read about. Our newly formed Colorado co-op hopes to buy the building in trust.
Progress
RegenHub has run co-working and events on the second floor for two years. We incorporated as a Colorado cooperative in 2026 and built commons.id. Now expanding upstairs to triple capacity.
Team
Todd Youngblood spent two years as an co-organizer at RegenHub into Boulder's regenerative tech hub and facilitated formation of the LCA over 6 months. A data engineer and co-op organizer, he bridges Ethereum's global vision with local commitment.

Season totals as displayed on the platform's public accounting — not a statement of amounts paid out. V2 = Venus sales + Venus extras. The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
