About
A panel discussion on how blockchain tech can be leveraged to incentivize community members in Detroit. Guests from the tech, small business, arts, culinary, hospitality, and entertainment scene will enjoy a night of food, drinks and good discussion.
Impact
It serves as an educational and inspirational panel discussion to encourage a new way of thinking for communities here in Detroit. Our small, but well connected community has a unique opportunity to leverage blockchain technology to align incentives.
Progress
Accepted to be a promoted event for September's "Detroit Month of Design". We have an experienced team of event organizers and connections to many local communities. We have two panel participants that are prepared to chat on the topic.
Team
We come from a background in technology and community building. Our efforts have resulted in a series of local events covering cryptocurrency topics as well as a mobile application designed specifically for the people of Detroit, "Renaissance City".
