An AI decision support layer for grant programs. Before money is allocated, it surfaces what similar past grants produced, what failed, and why. Funding systems compound knowledge instead of repeating mistakes.
Impact
Public goods funding wastes millions repeating mistakes nobody remembers making. GMS gives programs institutional memory, surfacing what past grants produced, so communities allocate resources on evidence, instead of guesswork.
Progress
Live pilot with NEAR Protocol, governance field reports canonized by paid ecosystem stewards. Paper under review at MIT Cryptoeconomic Systems and TERSE. Case studies completed across multiple ecosystems. Framework validated through MetaGov research
Team
I was selected as 1 of 6 members stewarding a $30M treasury, designing funding and incentive systems in production. I built this framework from real failures I witnessed. I understand both the theory and the lived reality of capital allocation.
