About
We’re making a big room where you can stand on a stage and read a famous speech from history. The screens and lights react to you, making it feel like you’re really there. Then you get a short video of yourself inside that historic moment.
Impact
The Great Dictator transforms a historic anti-fascist speech into a participatory civic experience. Through exhibitions and workshops reaching 50,000+ people, it strengthens democratic engagement, critical thinking, and intergenerational dialogue.
Progress
This project helps people feel history, not just learn it. By stepping into powerful speeches, participants build empathy, confidence, and civic awareness. It sparks conversations about democracy, AI, and truth, communities to value their voices.
Team
Gabo Arora is an Emmy-nominated immersive artist and former UN Creative Director who creates powerful, socially driven storytelling experiences. His work blends art, technology, and ethics to spark dialogue making him suited to bring history to life.
