About
A vertically integrated hardware x biology lab for tackling bioprocess scale-up consisting of a liquid handler, plate reader, incubator, and bioreactor. The next machines to build are a thermocycler and colony picker for synbio experiments.
Impact
Bioprocess is used to produce medicines, fuels and food but only a small fraction of useful molecules have been produced at scale. We want to accelerate progress in bioprocess and unlock sustainable abundance.
Progress

Team
We are a team of two - a bioengineering PhD student and an ex-software developer. We've taught ourselves to build hardware and electronics from scratch. We kept everything as cheap as possible to make sure any money we raise scales as far as possible
