About
Remaking a forgotten accelerator design (betatron) (used long for cancer treatment)and making it affordable for the public. It's a slinghot for atoms. My aim is to write an open source guide so everyone is able to recreate this in their backyard
Impact
Technological advances are often discovered by a guy in a garage. I'll be able to do the most cutting edge science one can do in a shed, but my guide will open the cheapest way into nuclear physics for future generations and cheap cancer treatment
Progress
The power source is working the fusion reactor/plasma testground is working this project has been in the works for 3 years, now the main issues are solved and there is only few hurdles remaining but room for massive improvements only lacking funds
Team
I did a lot of nuclear projects in the past. I know the whole process, from the vacuum chamber to the electricity, thermodynamics and the nuclear physics. I have friends which help me make the parts I cant afford to buy
