About
It’s an online program that helps people who take care of others also take care of themselves, set simple limits, and feel less tired or sad, so they can keep helping in a healthy way without losing themselves
Impact
By reducing emotional exhaustion in spanish-speaking sensitive social leaders, strengthening healthy boundaries, and supporting sustainable social impact projects. The program helps retain vital human capital and fosters healthier community dynamics.
Progress
The methodology is grounded in ongoing clinical and community work, with a clear program structure, defined target population, and pilot design ready for implementation upon funding.
Team
I am a psychologist and creator of an ethical non-dual methodology, with experience supporting highly sensitive people in burnout, boundary repair, and sustainable service within social impact and care-based roles.
