About
I’m building a community writing practice for people in transition who have lost a loved one, livelihood, identity, or stability. I help them understand their story, release what no longer serves them, and write the next chapter they want to live.
Impact
Cultivating self-trust reduces reliance on external, extractive structures built on fear, scarcity, and disconnection. In a world shaped by greed, xenophobia, and imperialism, this work gives people space to choose differently, one story at a time.
Progress
We’ve built and delivered a 90-minute online group LifeWriting workshop called Unwritten. Over the past year, more than 300 people have participated, consistently reporting emotional breakthroughs and excitement for their next chapter.
Team
As a Learning Scientist and global African, I study how narratives shape learning, change and legacy. Writing my own story became a path to healing. For 10+ years, I’ve worked as an impact strategist, helping change makers across the Black Diaspora.

Season totals as displayed on the platform's public accounting — not a statement of amounts paid out. V2 = Venus sales + Venus extras. The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
