About
An 8-session guided emotional liberation series helping people release internalized rules and reconnect with their authentic voice. It offers scholarships for live participation and expands a shared resource library for ongoing support.
Impact
This project helps people return to themselves, feel safer being who they are, and make empowered choices. Each regulated, supported person positively impacts at least ten others in their family, workplace, and community, strengthening the whole.

Permission Granted is an established framework with a resource library, live group containers, and tangible tools already in use. People actively seek this work and request scholarships, showing real demand, impact, and readiness to scale access.
