An app-guided self-care protocol with tangible tools built for how ND minds and bodies work, to rebuild agency, confidence, and hope for the future. The protocol is your roadmap, the app guides your journey, and the kit's tools help you get there.
Impact
Sōtō restores agency, confidence, and hope for millions of ND people in a world that never considered them, through knowledge, personalized support, and intentional tools. Free burnout recovery kits will be offered to those unemployed due to burnout.
Progress
Sōtō's brand and website are live. Plantwork, our first product, launched 1/1/26, user feedback confirms it works, and a growing community on social media. The protocol and science are established, the app and self-care kits are ready for development
Team
Sōtō is a manifestation of my six-year journey out of undiagnosed AuDHD burnout, and from self hate to self acceptance. I walked through the dark alone, no light, no roadmap, no support. I'm building the map and tools so no one else has to go alone.
