About
Tea Party is a builder and founder focussed movement created by Zara Clarke and Dr. Ayan Abukar. We are dedicated to inspiring, growing and propelling bad-ass women-led web3 ventures right into the glass ceiling, shattering it forever.
Impact
Tea Party aims to empower aspiring and existing female builders and founders to create a web3 culture shift and challenge the severe gender disparity. Our focus is on providing critical spaces that women need to regenerate and build the future.
Progress
Within two weeks of the Tea Party launch, we have curated a highly successful core community of 30 web3 women builders and founders, and a greater community of supporters and allies seeking to uplift the movement. This is just the start!
Team
We have PhD level academic research experience, expert somatic practice knowledge, and are both builders and founders. Our combined skill set has allowed us to research and develop a unique 3 step process to overcome web3’s severe gender disparity.

Season totals as displayed on the platform's public accounting — not a statement of amounts paid out. V2 = Venus sales + Venus extras. The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
