About
A digital portal where people watch 3-minute meditation videos filmed in Dakar, then record their voice in response — a breath, a word, a freestyle. Those voices layer into an evolving global soundscape, released as an album and short film.
Impact
It collapses distance — someone in Brooklyn, Accra, or watches Dakar and speaks back. No stage, no expertise required. The cypher becomes planetary. The culminating live event in Brooklyn or Accra makes the archive physical and communal.
Progress
Twelve 3-minute meditation videos are already filmed in Dakar. Some original hip hop and house meditation score is complete. The recording interface is needed. A festival activation and a culminating live event are planned for the final phase.
Team
I directed the footage, co-made the music, and will curate every voice. I am not outsourcing the soul of this project. I have roots in Brooklyn and Dakar — this is not a project about those communities, it is a project made from inside them.

Season totals as displayed on the platform's public accounting — not a statement of amounts paid out. V2 = Venus sales + Venus extras. The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
