About
A four-week gathering to prototype a permanent commons settlement in our valley, linking tenant-owned co-living, shared infrastructure, cosmo-local production, open designs, and community governance.
Impact
We prototype a 21st-century monastery for the commons: transforming participants through communal practice, testing post-capitalist systems in real life, and helping regenerate a depopulating alpine region.
Progress
After 5 years building commons hub as an economic engine and intellectual home for the commons, Valley of the Commons has a team, speakers, partners, local case studies, and a first sponsor. Funding is the missing piece.
Team
I combine research and practice: a political science doctorate on crypto commons, 5 years building commons hub, and deep experience organizing gatherings, unconferences, and community experiments.
