The Based Creators Fund is for the artists, musicians, developers, designers, writers, animators, video producers, and cultural producers dedicated to their craft—and ready to build onchain. Designed for creators new to Base, this Fund backs those using blockchain to share their work, grow their audience, and shape culture. With support from Base distribution channels, we’re helping creators find their voice and claim their value in a new creative economy.

Eligibility
Open to onchain creators launching their first project on Base, this Fund welcomes diverse creative disciplines—from tools to storytelling, code to craft. To qualify for this fund, projects must meet the following eligibility requirements: - At least one Creator on the team must be new to the Base ecosystem & listed in the Based Creators Directory at https://dir.coordinape.com/creators. Join https://t.me/basedcreators for support in joining the directory (It's a free listing) - Project must be built and deployed on Base - Open to artists, musicians, developers, designers, writers, animators, video producers, creative technologists, and cultural producers - Work must be original, impactful, and rooted in onchain creativity - Agree to reward sponsors according to the sponsor tier system Each creator may submit only one project to this Fund per season. If multiple submissions are received from the same creator, the Fund Director will select the one that best aligns with the Fund’s mission and remove the others.
