About
Renovating a house in Santa Teresa, Rio de Janeiro, to create studio and performance space for local artists, and accommodation for visiting artists. Plus a sauna.
Impact
By world-bridging and support local Rio-based artists. Giving space to all to visit, interact, incubate and co-create.
Progress
Purchased the property, created an architectural plan for the renovation, started the renovation. Renovation should be completed in late 2026, with opening date in January 2027. Opening event on/around 13/13.
Team
I've created and supported artist residencies in Lisbon, including one that will become a sister residency to this one. Also a supporter and investor in House of Eors, which is a cosmic sibling to House of Ours.

Season totals as displayed on the platform's public accounting — not a statement of amounts paid out. V2 = Venus sales + Venus extras. The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
