About
I’m studying how health systems shape everyday care. Through international case studies, I’ll develop a practical framework showing how hospitals, waiting lists, and staffing can be organised to improve continuity, trust, and patient experience.
Impact
The project shifts the focus from individuals to systems, showing how care is shaped by structure. By learning from international examples, it offers practical ways to design health systems that support dignity, trust, and more humane care
Progress
This builds on 10+ years across medicine, psychotherapy and policy. I’ve developed the core concept, identified international sites, submitted a funding application, and begun discussions with researchers and organisations working on relational care.
Team
I’ve worked across clinical care, public health and psychotherapy, so I’ve seen how care is shaped from different sides. This project comes out of that experience, and I have the relationships and context to take it forward.
