About
I’m making a movie about a man trying to bring his great-great-uncle’s music back to life. He thinks his uncle was a forgotten genius—but as we look closer, we start to wonder: was any of it real, or is he just telling a really good story?
Impact
This film makes us think about who gets remembered and why. It helps people see how stories shape history—and how we can question the ones we’re told, or the ones we tell ourselves.
Progress
We’ve filmed over five years across Europe and the U.S., captured rare archival material, accessed 32 volumes of diaries, and are now editing with a clear structure and vision. We’ve secured partial funding and built strong industry interest.
Team
I’ve spent years building trust with the family, earning access to private archives and diaries. As an outsider, I bring both curiosity and distance—asking questions they wouldn’t ask themselves, and shaping the story with honesty, rigor, and care.

The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
