Nadharia is currently giving youth with focus on females in East Africa mental health healing, confidence building, expression of self, unique educational platform combining creativity and small sustainable skills development with tech incorporation.
We have done 3 Nadharia projects & performances across East Africa, partnering with psychiatrists, psychologists, Ngo's & artists on workshops & events at local youth centers. We have reached over 5000 participants for art therapy.
I have experience with music and art therapy eclectically but hip hop has personally done wonders as a coping mechanism in EA. We use these genres to educate in an "informal way", so the participants can have a customized understanding.
