About
We are building a small, clean system to produce molasses from sugarcane already grown on the land. It connects farming, processing and people in one simple cycle.
Impact
It strengthens local food production, reduces waste and shows how small communities can process their own food in a regenerative way.
Progress
Sugarcane is already planted and production existed using manual tools. We are now upgrading to small-scale clean processing and documenting the full system.
Team
We connect land, production and networks. Our work includes mapping technologies and building regenerative systems that others can replicate.
