About
I am writing a book on how the life and work of Nannie Helen Burroughs, a little known educator, religious leader and organizer from the early 20th century helped to heal me by inspiring me to continue her work in the 21st century with little girls.
Impact
Illness is universal as is healing and there are more ancestors than those living. Much of the work of the ancestors has been left undone. Discovering that undone work can provide renewed purpose and inspire others to heal and serve as it did for me.
Progress
In 2026 iThings 2 Collard Greens celebrates 15 years! We have impacted hundreds of girls throughout the Washington Metropolitan Area. It is time for its genesis, impact and the teachings of Nannie Helen Burroughs to be exposed to a larger audience.
Team
My lived experience as iT2CG founder and the message I personally received from the esteemed ancestral guide, Nannie Helen Burroughs, makes me the one qualified to create this project. I have a one woman show and am now ready to write the book.

Season totals as displayed on the platform's public accounting — not a statement of amounts paid out. V2 = Venus sales + Venus extras. The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
