About
As part of a bigger plan to stop people hurting each other, I am making small group experiences where people who were hurt learn why it keeps happening, feel safe in their bodies, feel and understand their feelings, heal deep pain, and move forward.
Impact
Unhealed emotional pain fuels harm worldwide. By combining cross-discipline education with trauma-informed mindfulness, this project helps survivors understand harm, heal safely & faster, & break generational cycles of abuse & oppression at the root.
Progress
I've facilitated multiple small group emotional healing programs, supporting 10 people through deep change. I have also delivered multiple workplace trainings in trauma-informed emotional wellness. A larger facilitated pilot is fully designed.
Team
This work requires lived experience and systems understanding. I survived poverty and abuse, and bring international education, entrepreneurial skill, and study of psychology, sociology, and mindfulness to connect root causes with healing.
