About
I create installations where rivers tell their own stories of transformation: through underwater sounds, projections of tiny plankton and bio-indicating fabrics. Two rivers done—now seeking new waters to listen to and places to share what I've heard.
Impact
Watershed makes invisible ecological histories visible and tangible. By revealing how water carries pollution and recovery through color, the work creates connections to local waterways, inspiring communities to care for their rivers.
Progress
I've completed two works: Watershed (Tough Love) about Taiwan's Love River restoration, and Watershed (Final Call) about coral bleaching in the Coral Triangle. Both have been exhibited internationally and demonstrate the technical and artistic method
Team
I've been making works around water ecologies for years. Underwater servers colonized by marine life, Arctic hydrophone recordings, port ecosystems with invasive species, river restorations in Taiwan, et cetera.
