About
A transformative training for Arabs and Jews in Israel-Palestine. We will learn facilitation, community building, and shared decision-making, while our Co-hosts embody the practice. Together we will create an emergent, uniqe learning experiance.
Impact
Our Calling Question- How can a training in participatory leadership, a journey of personal growth, and a community of practice create fertile ground within me for effective action and hope- in the spirit of liberty and peace?
Progress
We have already training dozen of people in this practice, and influenced the colture of mixed spaces and Activism on this land. We have the reach, influence and credibilty to go deep. we have also grown a mixed hosting team to lead this.
Team
Jawdat Kassab, Maya Rimer and Root Ging, with decades of experience in facilitation, teaching, community building, and activism, will guide the group toward growth while maintaining high professional standards of learning.
