About
We are building a shared data infrastructure for Africa. It lets people contribute real African data, earn tokens for it, and make data open and usable for research. This helps researchers work with data that truly reflects the African realities.
Impact
Our project changes how Africans thinks about data ownership and research. By giving researchers access to data and resources, we empower better, more productive research and increase Africa’s representation in global research output.
Progress
Between August and December, we placed 2nd in the Defi Track at the Solana Students Africa Hackathon, secured a federal youth startup grant, launched our token, onboarded contributors, and built early project momentum.
Team
I am a biomedical engineering student specializing in research science and health informatics. I experience Africa’s data gaps firsthand as a researcher, which puts me close to the problem and deeply committed to building a real solution.
