About
Somatic experiences that help people feel the sensation of hope in their bodies: vibrant, gentle, throbbing, whispering. We use breath, movement, sound, and touch to meet grief and aliveness, and practice to open back up when our systems close
Impact
Humans who are well seasoned in alchemizing grief without freezing don't burn out. They stay present, metabolize, revive — and carry that capacity like somatic fertilizer into their communities - as protectors of the ecosystems they're part of.
Progress
I'm currently weaving this into all of my 1:1 mentoring work. My next step is an experiential weekend in the black forest - off screen, feet touching grass, bodies sensing other metabolizing bodies in the same room and around the camp fire.
