About
Forest Frequencies is a mystical ceremony held in nature. Blending sound meditation, foraging, and collaborative music-making. Participants ground with a sound bath, connect with plants, then co-create a nature-inspired soundscape with instruments.
Impact
Participants ground in nature, reconnect with ancestral roots, and attune to plant wisdom. Through mindful foraging, movement, and sound, the experience nurtures nervous system regulation, boosts mental health, and deepens ecological intimacy.
Progress
I have led numerous foraging experiences integrating meditation, plant knowledge, and sound. My background in herbalism, energy healing & spiritual growth empowers me to guide others in reconnecting with nature and their inner selves.
Team
Since 2017, I've completed various foraging apprenticeships & trainings, deepening my knowledge of plant medicine. As a Master Reiki Practitioner, I blend energy healing with nature, creating a grounded and transformative experience for participants.
