About
Innovative sound bath music & meditation experiences that can help us feel better, release stress, boost creativity and improve brain function. Also sharing the concept & research, and building towards a dedicated space in Cascadia (PNW, WA State).
Impact
Improve empathy and clear stress so people can coexist in a busy growing world. Boosting health can lead to longer life and clearer cognitive function (brain health). Music is proven to support brain health. Releasing stuck emotions helps us live.
Progress
For many years now I have curated 100's of concerts and events in the PNW, as well as creating unique "sound bath" type events. Our new research is to expand that concept and connect to other somatic modalities helping people release stuck emotions.
Team
I love helping to expand empathy and awareness, boosting creativity and am a strong advocate for music, community spaces (20 years in Seattle) and mental health awareness & practices. The meeting of neuroscience and art/music is fascinating to me.
