About
I’m making a short VR film about a girl who meets a messy clown child hiding under her table. The clown is the part of herself she was taught to feel ashamed of. By caring for her, the girl learns to accept who she really is.
Impact
The film helps people understand shame and the parts of themselves they hide. By making viewers share the space in VR, it encourages empathy, self-acceptance, and conversations about mental health and childhood identity.
Progress
We have a completed script, pitch deck, and creative team attached. We have secured an LA coastal villa location, a VR cinematographer, and a sound designer. We’ve also developed a clear technical approach for shooting in 180° VR.
Team
This story comes from our own experience of childhood shame and cultural expectations. As a filmmaker working in immersive storytelling, we're passionate about using VR in creative ways to explore memory, identity, and emotional healing.

Season totals as displayed on the platform's public accounting — not a statement of amounts paid out. V2 = Venus sales + Venus extras. The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
