About
I’m creating an online interactive graphic novel, adapted from an award-winning iPad app, that explores how the 1953 coup in Iran unfolded and why it still shapes global politics today.
Impact
As history echoes in places like Iran and Venezuela, public interest in regime change has surged. By providing clear historical context often missing from today’s news, this project helps people better understand power, question narratives, and make
Progress
The project began as an award-winning iPad app and printed book. The web version is now approximately 80% complete, with final sound design and animation in progress. A second phase will expand the project for educational use.
Team
I created the original 4.9-star iPad app, which reached over 140,000 downloads and won multiple international awards. I led the project end to end and have spent the past several years overseeing the web adaptation.

Season totals as displayed on the platform's public accounting — not a statement of amounts paid out. V2 = Venus sales + Venus extras. The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
