About
I’m writing and producing a full-length musical that explores the concept of generational trauma in a fun, fictitious narrative – one everyone can relate to – inviting a conversation around a societal element most people are afraid to discuss.
Impact
BEHIND THE MASK invites people to laugh and learn about generational trauma - blending stage acting and song with screen aids and stylistic lighting to open a dialogue around a challenging topic and inspire self-actualization and growth.
Progress
After 3 years crafting the story and the music, I finished the polished draft in January 2026. I've started talks with directors and hope to have the piece budgeted and cast by the end of Q1 '26, with funds raised for a Q3 '26 debut in Los Angeles.

As a journalist and writer with over 15 years of entertainment experience and a short film on HBO, my work explores the human psyche - specifically accountability and unwinding patterns of the past - which is what “Behind The Mask” is all about.
