About
✨ As our flagship project, we're creating an AI-powered, open-source drug discovery pipeline to identify targets and interventions, informed by genomics and structural biology, that will enhance humanity’s capacity for off-world survival.
Impact
✨ Structured and open-sourced information on tweaking human physiology to withstand the rigors of space would be accessible and (re)producible by academic and independent researchers worldwide, leveling the field for all players, big and small.
Progress
✨ As a science-first project, we publish our work through recognized academic channels -- https://overlake.bio/publications.html. ✨ An end-to-end pilot is available under Apache-2.0 (code) and CC-BY-4.0 (data).
Team
✨ Ph.D. in biotechnology; published researcher, with 15+ years in academia. ✨ Full-time solo founder since 2022. ✨ Amateur AI developer; serial hackathon winner. https://orcid.org/0000-0003-0131-4530 https://overlake.bio
