We design surprising, behaviorally-grounded experiences where groups venture into the unknown together — and each person comes out the other side more open, more alive, more ready for the future.
Impact
Most people have untapped potential. These experiences — rooted in behavioral science, delivered through wonder and play — wake them up, unlocking possibility that ripples into how they lead, connect, and grow. We active people's changeability.
Progress
We've piloted five live experiences with over 60 people total, gathered real feedback, and iterated each time. The results? People leaving more open, more connected, more alive to what's possible. The concept works. Now we're ready to scale.
