About
Using body awareness and the wisdom of the nervous system to help women return to self-trust, alchemizing the fear that once kept them small. We use breath, body cues, and inner child work in a gentle, embodied and transformative way.
Impact
When a woman trusts her own body and knowing, she stops abandoning herself. This creates calmer homes, honest relationships, and daughters who grow up trusting their own intuition. This work helps self-trust become embodied, inherited, and shared.
Progress
I currently study psychology and work one-on-one with women rebuilding self-trust. I hope to bring this into schools or other learning environments — reaching girls and teenagers early, so trust is learned young as a foundation.
Team
I'm a sociologist and spent four years assisting psychedelic psychotherapy sessions, witnessing the deepest states of vulnerability. I'm currently studying psychology which enables me to see how society shapes our deepest patterns, and vice-versa.
