The Agile Garden in Lachigoló brings together Binni Dau, Huertonitos Urbanos, and local families through community labor. It employs the Agile Model utilizing boards, circles, and agreements to care for the land, combining agricultural work with free

Agile garden generates impact at three levels in Lachigoló: it cultivates autonomy and critical thinking among children; regenerates the social fabric through community labor and intergenerational knowledge; and restores the land using agroecology.
Progress
Agile Garden secured its physical space in San Francisco Lachigoló, structured the project planning, and consolidated a strategic alliance with Binni Dau and Huertonitos Urbanos. Additionally, it identified operational needs to activate the garden.
Team
My work supporting children and adolescents at Huertonitos Urbanos combined with the partnership with Binni Dau and my background in biology facilitates self-directed learning and enables me to lead the project with transparency and social impact.
