About
We will start a new soccer community in Rural Veracruz, and sustain our existing one. We want to buy equipment and fairly compensate our coaches and staff. Also, supporting other leaders to replicate our model, everything in the Gift Economy (free)
Impact
Communities with fields running trauma-aware, play-based soccer at no charge, people evolving together in harmony instead of survival mode, and with so much joy. Dozens of partner communities certified, multiplying this beyond our current reach.
Progress
100s of kids across 9 communities in Mexico, Ecuador, and Uganda. 200+ sessions, 500+ hours on the field, 120 violence prevention and acknowledgment circles. Partnered with 19 orgs. Trained facilitators, 60% women. Rancho Viejo turns 2 this month.
