About
A few years ago we bought a green field site surrounded by farmland. We set on a mission to convert most of the grass on the site into something far more useful for us and the planet; food garden and a haven for biodiversty. We use no chemicals here!
Impact
We hope that our garden will become safe haven for many different animals and hopefully encourage others in a similar position to do something similar. The sum of many small actions adds up to something magnificent.
Progress
Planted native hedgerow, native trees, created a meadow, created one pond (so far), installed bird boxes which have been used for breeding, more animals and birds visiting the space including the local foxes and barn owls.
Team
I have a background in landscape gardening, aquatic science and ecology. Water is key to life and provision of that along with shade/cover draws in wildlife like a magnet.

Season totals as displayed on the platform's public accounting — not a statement of amounts paid out. V2 = Venus sales + Venus extras. The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
