About
We are running the GIDA SkillUp Summer Q4 Bootcamp, a hybrid learning program where young Africans build practical digital skills. Alongside the training, we will introduce students to Nouns DAO Africa, onchain culture & public goods, all at no cost.
Impact
We will give young people practical skills and a pathway into new opportunities. The project will connect education with onchain culture, helping students understand that they can do more than use the internet. They can build, create, organize & grow
Progress
GIDA has trained more than 10,000 people since 2020 and has run multiple blockchain education programs and bootcamps. We are now preparing the 2026 Q4 edition of SkillUp Summer, with this edition now having a hybrid learning, experience and community
Team
We have spent over seven years building blockchain communities and education programs in Nigeria. We've trained thousands of people since 2020, and have worked across ecosystems including Ethereum, Arbitrum, Avalanche & Starknet giving us experience.

Season totals as displayed on the platform's public accounting — not a statement of amounts paid out. V2 = Venus sales + Venus extras. The original page also broke each season down by fund drive and showed an Available (unclaimed) balance; that level of detail survives only on the preserved snapshots.
