About
Free software that helps scientists design personalized mRNA medicines — the same technology as COVID vaccines — for heart attacks and cancer. Only big pharma has tools like this. We're making it free for everyone.
Impact
A researcher in Kenya or Brazil shouldn't need a Moderna partnership to design a cancer vaccine for their patient. Our pipeline runs on a laptop, uses public data, and costs nothing. Every improvement stays open forever.
Progress
Working two-arm pipeline is live on GitHub — cardiac arm designs guide RNAs for PCSK9 base editing (same target as the first human base editing trial), cancer arm ranks neoantigen candidates for personalized vaccines. Runs locally, zero cost.
Team
Software engineer and web3 developer who learned enough molecular biology to build this with Biopunk Labs. I understand the full technical stack and the open-source ecosystem. I build tools that shouldn't have to be rebuilt from scratch every time.
