About
We will develop and pilot a guided learning hub for adults who work with children. Through learning journeys and real-life cases, we help them understand behavior through the nervous system and create conditions where children thrive.
Impact
The adults shaping children’s lives are often the least resourced. Regenerating Roots will equip parents, educators, and facilitators with nervous-system literacy and tools to create safety, connection, and conditions where children thrive.
Progress
Regenerating Roots grew from 15+ years of work with children and families. In 2026, we brought its principles into practice through Kin, a learning-community pilot in Ecuador. This revealed a larger opportunity: supporting adults across many spaces.
Team
For 17+ years, I’ve helped adults look beneath behavior to understand nervous systems, sensitivity, and relationships. My work with children and families shaped Regenerating Roots and taught me to turn complex ideas into practical tools.
