About
I am recreating and reimagining the village for women as they are initiated into motherhood regardless if it is the first, second or third. I am doing this through workshops, and downloadable workbooks.
Impact
mothers and the mother baby dyad will be restored. Children will have mothers who are calm, resourced, connected & children who are thriving & connected. Rather than the current blueprint chaos which leads to dysregulation & disconnected mothers.
Progress
I have spent close to a decade supporting myself and other mothers during and after pregnancy. I hold workshops for women to connect back to themselves, name their blocks and move into connection with themselves and others.
