We’re building the infrastructure for communities to preserve their health experiences, memories, wisdom and cultural identity while receiving tangible healthcare Heal people. Listen to elders. Preserve their stories. Put their knowledge on-chain.

Starting in Nigeria and scaling across Africa, Medical Outreach on Chain creates a blueprint for communities around the world to care for their people while preserving the knowledge, stories, and cultural heritage that make them unique.

We’ve already begun working directly with communities through medical outreach and creative events. Now, we’re building the infrastructure to take that work further, combining healthcare elder storytelling digital archiving and on-chain preservation
